I have a problem with the "Slides" in Mobirise website builder software for mac, the arrows to change the page go out.
When I look online the page, it is squares and not arrows.
What can I do ?

You can generate your site with Mobirise and then edit your page to add your element manually after publication.
I have downloaded and installed from your very first version of website builder software for mac - and now my computer hard drive crashed and I lost all that I bought and paid for. In downloading and installing your new version 2.11 - I see that it seems I have to purchase the items I already paid for - like Code Editor, Purity, icons
This does not seem right to me, is it what I have to do now on top of losing every program, software and documents and original downloads?

Hi, I have logged in - done that - and still it states I have to pay again
and, since I already paid and have receipts - I do not want to pay again, I just want to be able to add to the software I have downloaded and be able to use it as before
Please give more advice - other than log in - that does not provide me with access to products I paid for

I cannot find your email in the Mobirise base. It means that you've registered with some other email.
I can log in using first email - just that it does nothing. I have receipts for what I paid for and you simply keep telling me to log in and it will work - which it does not.
There has to be a simpler way to do this and get me up and running again instead of this long delay between responses as are happening now.
It is not my fault you cannot find my account under first email when I can log in using it - seems it is an excuse to get me to spend more money to purchase what I already have done.
Sorry - but this is making me most frustrated - and you seem to not give a rats behind in helping me out other than telling me to log in - over and over
In our base there's no email first email.
Please note that you can't use the same key twice. You should log in with your email and password.
It looks like you've registered with another email second email . So you should log in into Mobirise with this email second email to use the extension that you've purchase.
Mobirise is free for both personal and commercial use. You can download and use Mobirise for your own or client's websites without restrictions.
