Question about mobile site builder Code Editor

This has to be added to every page manually right? Or will it add the piece

of code to all pages?

The feature that was there at the site setting level was good, to add common

code to all pages (For Eg: Page analytics code), and if there is a change it

can be done at one place, rather than having to make the changes in all the

pages manually.

This has to be added to every page manually right? Or will it add the piece
of code to all pages?

So, I was thinking more in the lines of having this feature to add code in

the HEAD, BODY or FOOTER in the Site > Settings screen in Mobirise mobile site builder Code Editor

Let me know what the development team thinks about this feature request.

Some analytics scripts won't work in the head section. But thank you for your request

Google scans and checks for google analytics code in the HEAD section.

The Menu on my page has the transparent switch turned ON. Off and on the

following happens -

1. The Menu on some of the pages fails to show up, it appears in white.

By trial and error I found that if I delete the Menu block and re-insert it,

it used to work. But when doing so the order was important for some reason.

I have to remove and add the Menu block in the 'index.html' page as the last

step if I make any changes to any other pages to any sections. Then after I

publish the site it used to work fine.

I wasn't able to reproduce it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please send us a screencast of this issue?

2. Now I ran into a situation where adding and removing the Menu item

in some of the pages just does not work, it shows up as a white row, and

fails to display. I even extracted the code from the script mode and

compared with the page where the menu works, there are no difference but it

does not work.

Missing menu on the Page -

Can you please run this by the Mobirise development team and provide me a work

around or what needs to be done to fix this. Or, if this has been already

identified and there is a updated version that can address this issue.

Not sure why the screen shot did not get through properly. It was just showing on one page it appeared and the other page it did not it was a blank white space.

I was able to get around this problem by re-doing the section immediately below the Menu bar. The only difference was in the section below the menu bar I had enabled the code view, because the sub-heading line always showed in italic even after I had changed it to normal using the setting options. I had to change to view code mode and force the font to normal.

Looks like there is some sticky code there, the first time you change from normal to italics it works, then something happens down the line and the attribute changes does not reflect. So, I had to redo that section on all the pages where the menu was not showing up.

As I use this tool to create website pages, I am liking it, but it lacks some important layout and features, which makes it difficult once the section is switched to code mode.

I have some new feature request to make that would improve the product. Is that something I can send you to be passed on to the Product development manager? Would they even entertain/consider such request?

Let me know if they would, so I can spend some time documenting the features.

Alternatively, if you can reach out the product development manager and let me know what are the new features they have planned and is on the product road map for future releases.

I will send them to our dev team

In my working folder where I have the project.mobirise, I see other files like this -

Project_LT-001_05.mobile site builder

Project_LT-001_04.mobirise

Project_LT-001_03.mobirise

Project_LT-001_02.mobirise

Project_LT-001_01.mobirise

Looks like these are system generated backup files, can you check with the development team and find out when these backup files gets generated by the system. My guess is when the application crashes (which sometime happens, and I have to restart the application). Can you please confirm this with the development team?

Also, can I just take one of these backup file and rename it as the original project.mobirise files if I want it to be restored?

Mobirise doesn't generate these files, our developers know nothing about it.
