Why doesnt my easy free website builder project run?

tonight i wanted to work on a old project and noticed mobirise easy free website builder wont go further than the loading screen. It seems to be stuck a the rotating squares, ive also tried v2.8.4 and this shows the same thing. Is there any thing i can do to get this working again.

tonight i wanted to work on a old project and noticed mobirise easy free website builder wont go further than the loading screen.

Im going to try to move the project from the mobirise folder and see if this helps. I would like to know any other solutions if there are such.

Okay i managed to open mobirise now when i renamed the old project. But as soon as i give it back its old name mobirise wont open the project. Luckily i made a backup before i started working on.

The last thing i did on the project was add a second page with some custom css in the mobirise project file. I added some <span> and extra code so i could style certain parts a bit more in the blocks.

Have you run into such problems before or do you now what could cause this. It used to work when it was open couple days back. Now after re-opening it just wont load

Please send us your project file (.mobirise) so we could check it.

The last part ive taken out, this is a second page i added. When i take this out of the project file in textwrangler ( or any text editor) im able to start the project.

Hope this helps a bit, it start from line 1333 in the "blog add" project.

The Import/export function was provided to move the project between computers but not to make changes in the source code.

We cannot guarantee projects to work properly if you do a lot of hand code changes.

Well i got it working when i took the last part editted out. I only added a <span> and some other little code in the text. But perhaps there is more wrong in the code.

Thanks anyway for the help. I mainly do it like this cause i want custom CSS. From where is this loaded from the start, i would like to change it from there on. But im doubting this is possbile cause on export its created at run time i believe

You can purchase the Code editor, so you we'll be able to make changes in the code of added blocks directly in the app:

I cannot find where to put an email address for the Mobirise contact form to be sent to. Where is that located?

Also, I need to add my Aweber form to a page. How is that done, please?

Please click on your form in the app, then you will be able to set a notification email.

Use a custom html block to add your code to pages.

I clicked on the custom html block selection at the bottom of the content list that comes out on the right side of the tool.

All it does is position me in the footer, but no new block of any kind is added nor opens!

Thus, my confusion and concern.

Please help.

Perhaps a screensharing session would allow you to better understand my issue.

Sorry, we provide support by email only.

Please check this video:

We use WOWSlider in this example, but the instruction is the same for your Aweber form I guess.

Perfect - that was what I needed !!! thanks

As a result, I also bought the icons and the add-on theme! :)
