Issue with a new version of user friendly website builder

Please advise that I have issue with a new version of Mobiise. I did purchase Code Editor Extension from you.

After upgrade I am not able see project in mobilize edit mode.

Let me know how I can fix this issue.

Please go to the Extensions list and update the Code Editor extension.

If this doesn't work for you, could you export your site and send us the folder in .zip? Go to Site Settings to find this feature.

It is different issue. After upgrading to 2.7 I'm getting white screen for all my projects.

However I'll send you zip file soon to review.

I have tried removing and reinstalling version- same issue.

Is your Code Editor extension up to date? Are you able to open your projects in the Mobirise user friendly website builder app?

My extension is up to date, however site is just giving with pages. If you can some remote session I can show you my display. Please advise.

Please advise that I was trying to download as CSN button. It is not working.

Please advise I am submitting record via form and I got message “You send data too often. Try again later.”

How can I get rid of this message and submit my receipt.

You may get the message 'You send data too often', if you send data several times from the same IP-address.

In this case, our server blocks this IP-address for some time.

How can I do exception for myself?

Unfortunately, there are no exceptions, if you host your forms on our server. It is our server policy.

If you host your forms on your server, there is no such limitation.

This was not specify at the purchase time. I was thinking about using year to year basis. This is useless and disappointing. Is it possible to initiate refund?

Yes, I am agree that spam protection is required however, there should me some exceptions provision as well. In order to use form. Form main purpose is to collect data. It could be in any frequency.
