Hello, I recently purchased your code editor extension for the mobirise mobile website builder software platform however I'm unable to redeem it. I keep getting a incorrect server response notice. What should I do?
I think your firewall/antivirus/proxy is not allowing the app to connect to the internet.

I knocked out a new web site with just a few hours concentrated effort. Being placed in charge of our non-profit organization’s web site, the price for use of your software is much appreciated.I have not located an online user manual so I have three questions I cannot resolve when using your software for a standard web application:
1. How do you scale photo images so that they can be a set size and not appear gigantic? I have tried resizing and saving the revised images; but, they still appear too large for how I want them to appear.
2. What is the ‘sticky’ switch do in the menu block?
3. Is there any way to reduce excessive amount of blank space at the end of blocks?
Sticky menu means that it will be always visible even if you scroll down your web page.
You can edit your blocks using the 'Code Editor' extension but you should have some HTML and CSS skills to do it.
I’ve downloaded the free bootstrap template for Mobirise but I’m a brand new user and I have no clue about using it.
Can you kindly help me or give me a link to a manual or a tutorial ?
Best regards and thank you for a such good product.
You can find a new theme in the 'Extensions & Themes'. There you will find 'PurityM' theme.
I’ve purchased the PurityM theme from you a week ago and it worked well for a while; yesterday, when I opened in the editor a site based in this theme, lost it and appears as based in the standard Mobirise theme. I’m using version 2.9 of Mobirise.
I’ve reconstructed the site (from scratch, since I don’t know a way to change the site theme, if there is one), which I did without problem, test it and closed Mobirise. When I opened again Mobirise, the site have changed and used the Mobirise standard theme instead of the PurityM theme.
¿Is this a bug? ¿I’m doing something wrong? Please help.
If your PurityM theme doesn't work for some reason, please make sure you have it in 'Extensions & Themes' section.
If you started working with your site using one theme, you can't switch to another anymore.
As I have said, I've purchased the Purity Theme (and I have imported it an I have it in my 'Extensions & Themes' section).
The sequence of events goes like this:
-I open Mobirise
-I create a new site based on the Purity theme
-I create pages, modify, link, etc.
-I test (preview in my browser) the site, and all is Ok.
-I close Mobirise
Then (later)
-I open Mobirise
... and the site theme has changed itself to Mobirise standard.
I've repeated several times the same sequence (reconstructing entirely the site with the PurityM theme) and the site allways appears based on the standard theme when I reopen the program.
¿any idea?
Please send us your project files (assets, index.html, project.mobirise). We'll fix it.
I've exported the site before closing Mobirise, so there it goes the project data.
BTW How can I import a site instead of creating it? I found no button or place to do this...
Please try to import the attached file to Mobirise.
Mobirise is free for both personal and commercial use. You can download and use Mobirise for your own or client's websites without restrictions.
