Hello, i just change computer and installed Mobirise wysiwyg web builder freeware app.

You can export your site project(also you can find it in the same folder with your site) and open it later with the "Import" feature.

I‘ve been setting up a site in Mobirise. I was working on it, don‘t remember exactly what I was doing but nothing major, maybe adding a block or something and it crashed and closed. When I opened it up again the site is messed up, like the CSS isn‘t loading properly. Is this a known problem and is there a solution?

I just sent you an email about Mobirise crashing and then not loading the site correctly. I see the problem now, the theme for my site has been switched from PurityM to Mobirise :( I reeeaaally need help fixing this, I‘ve spent hours working on multiple pages and need to get the PurityM theme back.

Please export your site project and send it to us. Go to "Site Settings" to find this export feature.

I want to find out if i can use mobirise to build websites offered for sale (e.g. on marketplaces like Themeforest and Creative Market).

Basically i want to use it has a foundation then add my own elements.

You can't use Mobirise for your themes if you want to resell them.

i upgraded to version 2.8.4

and now you does not use .json files anymore

all my pages are made with .json files

so please send me the older version

You can try to import .json file that was created in Mobirise to the app as well. But the current version of Mobirise doesn'[t support projects that were made in 1.8 or earlier.

I would like to start a blog. I know other drag and drop websites have a blog feature so that content can be easily created and upload. Weebly has this feature. It would make my decision easier if I knew this feature would be available soon.

Mobirise is a simple website maker at this time, and it is for static pages only. We don't have a blog extension.

Your new web design tool is a dream come true. Really amazing. Thank you.

Today I ran into my first real problem: the program will not open on my desktop. It shows itself to be open in the taskbar, but it will not display on the screen.

Is this a known issue? If so, is there a workaround? I have reinstalled the program to no avail.

Try this:

  1. Run the app and then press Alt+Space and move the window with the arrow keys.
  2. Remove the Mobirise entries from registry.

The issue was not with Mobirise. The issue was with my monitor usage. Problem resolved.

This is really and amazing gift of a product. I am a devoted fan.

We would like to update our website and completely build a new one offline. Once the new website is ready, the old website will be taken down and replaced with the new one.

We are 2 people who would like to work on it independently.

When searching for a new software to use I came across your product/website.

Is it possible for 2 people to work from diff. computers on creating/editing a website using your software?

For example if we both download the program, then I start creating the website. I am assuming this would create a large file? Could I then email that file to my partner to make changes to the website – all before ever putting it online?

You can export/import your site project, so your partner will be able to work with it. You can upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox (it doesn't matter) if your project folder is too large.
