I'm getting a “code already redeemed” message in Mobirise web builder for mac when I attempt to activate the Code Editing option for my home PC. I added it to my laptop but I actually sold that laptop and will no longer be using it on that device.
Please advise as to what I need to do to get this up and running.
Your redeem code was used with this email:
Please note that you can't use your redeem code anymore.
Log in with this email and your password (not your redeem code) in the Mobirise app, then go to the Extensions and you will be able to add the Code Editor extension (click on the ADD button).

I actually figured this out last night after sending the message. I do appreciate your response!
My website is hosted with Bluehost, and I am confused as the were my files go after I've uploaded them. If I choose to publish the files through the FTP I don't get the pages, just the assets folder. If I choose to save them directly to my computer then I cannot open the page files as they have no size, and the file type is 'file'.
Please make sure that the filenames of your pages has an extension. Find the screenshot attached.
Are there any templates for your product to get me started? I have found reference in several locations to templates for use with Mobirise, but cannot find them anywhere on your site.
Mobirise doesn't support themes at this time, we'll add this feature later. You can try to change the style after publication.
I wanna know if you guys have some discounts coupons.
We can offer a discount on the Code Editor extension:
Just finished a project using Mobirise, but now can´t see it anymore, just the navbar with a blanck page. Tried to preview in browser but wasn´t able to so either.
I wanna know if there is something that we can do to prevent me to do the job (08 hours) all over again.
Your help and some tips on this will be much appreciated.
If you use the Code Editor, please update it. Go to the Extensions and click on the "Update" button. Maybe this will help.
I was already using the version 2.6.1, is it the updated one? If so, there is another way out?
This is the app's version, but you should update an extension. Find the screenshot attached.
Unfortunately, as you can see, there is no update button.
I guess there is no way to restore your project. Something went wrong.. Sorry for the inconvenience.
dear friends
thanks for creating such a useful website builder tool
i am a big user of Wordpress and as such there are many open source and free themes
and utilities although when justified i purchase addition themes & plugins from well
developed and trusted companies
i am asking if you have any special / beta / developer testing rates to update to code editor
i do consider that it is a speculative purchase, as there is not much detail as to the features
and benefits of such and how the code editor add on is supported in further updates
and releases
i am very happy to supply constructive suggestions and inputs as i am mostly involved in
lead generation and marketing
i am a Mac user 10.11 / iPad / iPhone
ps: it does appear that currently one weaker point currently is contact forms / option forms
and basic conversion or am i missing something ?
thanks in advance for your consideration
