International Students:
Students from all countries are encouraged to seek
admission to Savannah State University. International candidates for
admission to any undergraduate program are required to submit the
following:
- A completed International Student Application.
- A $20 nonrefundable application fee (must be in
US Currency). Certified copies of official records from all schools or
universities attended. Certified copies must be translated into English
and must bear the school’s official seal.
- Official score report of the Test of English as a
Foreign Language (TOEFL). The score must be 550 or above. (Savannah
State’s TOEFL code number is 5609). Applicants for whom English is an
official language may submit entrance examination scores from either the
American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), in
lieu of the TOEFL.
- A financial statement certifying ability to fund
the cost of attending Savannah State University for four academic years.
Figures must be expressed in United States currency.
