I’m a “self taught” Dreamweaver user and definitely not a programmer and I’ve used Mobirise drag and drop website creator to totally re-build my existing site in only 1 days work.
There are however a number of frustrating issues to contend with, the main one being that if you happen to delete too many characters from a pre-built block, its almost impossible to fix it. I’ve found that I have to open the file in Dreamweaver to correct the issue. Here is an example:
In the pricing table block, if you delete the large price text, you can’t re-add it. Also, in the Feature Block, if you delete the gap between the bold title and the paragraph list, the formatting goes wrong it’s not possible to get this back.

Yes, we know about this issue, maybe we'll try to solve this problem later.
Do you plan to publish your development plan for the product? I’d like to know what other features are planned.
Can we have:
• Contact Forms
• Tables with custom row and columns
• The existing Pricing Table but without the Favourite option and with a custom number of columns
• Bigger logo images
• Sticky header
• Ability to embed custom html
• Ability to customise the size of the header background images (I find the full screen thing too big for my liking)
Very good job so far by the way and thank you for your work.
Some feature you have mentioned are already in our to-do list, we'll try to implement them
in Mobirise. If you have any other thoughts about Mobirise, please share them with us.
I hope you can help me please.
I need to change the colour and transparency of the overlay that appear when clicking on the “hamburger menu”. Because of the colours I am using for my menu text, it cannot be read when the overlay is present. Is there a CSS setting somewhere I can change to alter this?
You should add you own .css file with this content after our files:
.menu-1.mbr-nav-visible nav { background-color: rgba(76, 105, 114, 0.9); }
You can change the value of 'background-color' attribute.
I’ve just spotted a little bug in v1.8 as demonstrated by these two screen shots below (using iMac with OSX 10.9.5 Mavericks).
If you add buttons to these blocks they are separated by a small gap - cool I can make vertical menus.
But if you change them to the left using the Inverse option, the buttons will overlap each other.
Thank you for this info! I have sent the report to our developers. They will try to fix
this issue later.
If you have any other thoughts about Mobirise, please share them with us.
I have found a significant issue with v1.8
If you change the background images, when you save and publish it to a local folder it cannot find any images (including your original bg.jpg file). I have added some images to the assets/images folder but when you save the error message below is displayed and the images are removed from the folder. The site does not get published correctly.
Please try the latest version of Mobirise 2.10: http://mobirise.com/
Does this issue persist there?
Done a quick test and it seems to be OK now :)
This problem has returned in v1.9 :(
Please do not copy your images to assets/images. This folder is only for published site.
