Mobirise is a website builder only, we don't offer a hosting service or something like that.
You can publish your site to a folder (it just means that your files will be saved on your local disk) and copy its files to your server, or try to publish your site to your FTP server directly from the app.

What is the way of publishing you are using - directly from the app or you are publishing your page locally and then uploading it to your server via some other app, like FileZilla, for example?
Could you please make sure that Mobirise is able to connect to the Internet directly. Your proxy/antivirus/firewall may prevent it.
Also please try to log out and log in again into the website design generator app.
We suggest you contact your hosting provider and ask him about this issue.

It seems that the extension was activated. Please check if you activated it before with another email.
Remember that the activation key would be attached to the email, which was mentioned during the activation.
It's impossible to target it to another email.
If you activated it with the correct email, please check if you have found the theme. ColorM is the theme.
You can choose it only for one time in the beginning of the site creation. You can not change the theme on the existing site.
