For me, nothing beats the winter chill faster than a cosy pub, a warming drink and a tasty roast. Luckily I’ve found the best of all these things at The Princess of Shoreditch. The quality of the food and drink is excellent and the prices leave it very competitive in a saturated market. It’s relaxing but beautiful on the eye with gorgeous light fittings, mirrors and tasteful cutlery and crockery. The sort of place you can easily lose a few hours and gain a few pounds but be really happy to do so… and leave wanting to visit again next week. If you’re tempted, then I’d recommend booking as it can get very busy on a Sunday, and be sure to save room for desert!
