This note is intended for fall 2005 Candidates for Graduation.  Others may disregard if they choose. 

Please find the attached materials regarding Commencement Photos, Graduation Ceremony Protocol, and the Candidate for 
Graduation Exit Survey (with instructions).  Please read through this information carefully and keep it at hand for future 
reference. 

As you may already know, the fall 2005 Graduation Ceremony is scheduled to take place Saturday, 10 December 2005, 10 am at
Tiger Arena.  Please be aware that Graduation Candidates are expected to attend rehearsal Friday, 9 December 2005 at 9 am – 
also at Tiger Arena.  Those Candidates who are graduating with Honors will receive their Honor Cords during rehearsal.  If 
you have any questions about the Graduation Ceremony, please contact Ms. Janice Bing, Degree Program Specialist , via email 
at bingj@savstate.edu.  Questions about other matters included as part of this mailing should be directed to the parties 
listed in the attached material. 

As you focus your time and energy on successfully completing any remaining coursework or activities for your degree, I hope 
you find this information useful.  With this in mind, I thank you for your attention in this matter and extend to you my best
